Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: According to U.S. regulations, you have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund. Beyond this period, all payments become final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Given the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of flights associated with this trip, no credits will be issued. To safeguard against unforeseen cancellations or accidents, it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance with "cancel for any reason" coverage promptly after booking. Checkpoint Travel And Tour retains the authority to cancel or reschedule a trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Today, you'll be checked into the hotel where you can unwind and rejuvenate. Later this evening, join us for a welcoming mixer showcasing local delicacies, beverages, and music. It's the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the region.
Day 2
Accra, the capital city of Ghana
Ghana's capital boasts the distinction of being one of Africa's largest urban centers, teeming with the expected chaos of traffic, noise, and bustling activity. Yet amidst its rapid expansion and vibrant atmosphere, Accra remains characterized by its warm, hospitable people who proudly preserve their tribal heritage. The National Museum stands as a beacon of cultural richness, showcasing an impressive array of ethnographic treasures, historical artifacts, and artistic masterpieces that provide insight into Ghana and its surrounding regions.
Day 3
Explore the Volta Region
Explore the enchanting Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary nestled within a verdant, untouched tropical forest, where native flora and fauna thrive undisturbed.
Embark on an unforgettable journey to Wli Falls, a breathtaking cascade of water that beckons with its majestic beauty, offering an irresistible invitation to immerse yourself in its refreshing embrace.
Day 4
Free Day & NYE/ Aburi gardens
We understand that our packed schedule can be exhausting. Take this day to relax and rejuvenate, allowing yourself to recharge for the exciting adventures ahead! As the evening approaches, ring in the New Year in Ghana at the electrifying PVO party—one of the most anticipated events of the year! It's the perfect way to kick off the new year in style!
Day 5-6
Kumasi, and its Surrounding Towns
Continue exploring Kumasi, visiting the Royal Palace Museum which hosts a unique collection of golden jewellery worn by the Ashanti court. We also meet a traditional Ashanti chief to learn about traditional culture and customs, and in the afternoon head to the coast. Overnight Anomabu Beach Resort or similar. (BLD)

Central Region Tour
Pause at Assin Manso to engage in a solemn Ceremony of Remembrance at the poignant "Slave River," paying tribute to the enduring spirit of those who traversed its waters in the pursuit of freedom and justice.
Embark on a guided exploration through the harrowing corridors of both the Elmina Slave Dungeon and the Cape Coast Slave Dungeons, bearing witness to the indelible scars of history while honoring the resilience and strength of those who endured unimaginable suffering within their walls.

Beach Party
Escape the Ghanaian heat and join us for our farewell beach party! Indulge in music, food, and dancing as we bid farewell and cherish the final moments of our journey together. It's the perfect way to conclude our trip and exchange our last goodbyes.
