US Passport holders planning to visit Ghana must secure a visa prior to entry. Please note that Checkpoint Travel And Tour cannot be held accountable for last-minute cancellations due to visa issues, and as such, no refunds or credits will be provided.

Please be advised that by participating in this trip, you authorize Checkpoint Travel And Tour LLC, its sponsors, successors, assigns, and licensees to utilize your name, likeness, image, actions, poses, performances, appearances, gestures, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic format, as well as in any transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction related to the trip (whether occurring before, during, or after the trip). This authorization extends to any purpose, in any manner, and in any medium or context, both existing and future, without requiring additional consent or compensation from you or any representative acting on your behalf.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy: According to U.S. regulations, you have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund. Beyond this period, all payments become final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Given the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of flights associated with this trip, no credits will be issued. To safeguard against unforeseen cancellations or accidents, it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance with "cancel for any reason" coverage promptly after booking. Checkpoint Travel And Tour retains the authority to cancel or reschedule a trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

As a participant in any Checkpoint Travel And Tour trip, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all country, airline, or vendor requirements, including necessary vaccinations and documentation. Failure to obtain required documents or adhere to sudden changes in country/airline requirements resulting in cancellation will not warrant a refund or credit.
